Microsoft CRM Strategy Assessment
WolfBridge has been authorized by
Microsoft to conduct the Microsoft CRM Strategy
Assessment. This is a paid engagement which provides you
the opportunity to gain insight into your critical
business and IT issues. For organizations that
qualify, Microsoft and WolfBridge will co-fund of the
cost of the Assessment at no cost to you.
The Assessment starts with a WolfBridge solutions
consultant conducting interactive sessions with key
members of your organization. After completing the
on-site survey, we will deliver a report with findings
and recommendations specific to your business issues.
Your organization will receive a
written report that details finding of the Strategic
Assessment, including:
- A description of your business
processes in the targeted area of the assessment and
the current fit between your business strategy, your
processes, and technology.
- Areas for greatest ROI and
suggestions for improving your business processes
and leveraging your existing technology,
- Microsoft Technologies that will
help address specific needs and issues uncovered in
the Strategy Assessment,
- A summary of the benefits your
organization will realize with technology
improvements and next -step recommendations
for improved efficiency and profitability
